Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to start your return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the item in its original shipping box with all protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will help you coordinate a pickup with one of our specialized freight partners or provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
